How do I change my city on the app?

The "Cities" button in the side menu will take you to the App Settings where you can see your current city and toggle between the other two cities. Pick the city you would like to see and hit save at the bottom of the page.

What payment methods can be used to purchase passes?

Credit and debit cards are accepted.

​

​

What is the maximum number of passes I can buy?

Passes are limited to four (4) per person.

​

​

Are there payment plans?

Yes. Payment plans are available starting at $10 down.

​

​

What happens if I miss a payment plan payment?

You have a 10-day grace period to correct the payment plan, otherwise your plan will be canceled.

Should I receive a confirmation email for my purchase?

You should receive a confirmation email within moments of purchase. If you do not (be sure to check your spam folder), please contact Front Gate Tickets.

​

What if I purchased passes but my card hasn’t been charged yet?

Your card should be charged within two business days. If you do not see the charge on your account, please contact Front Gate Tickets.

​

​

How can I avoid ticket fraud?

The best way to avoid ticket fraud is to buy directly from Front Gate. DO NOT purchase from scalpers. If you arrive at the venue with an illegitimate pass, you will be turned away, and no refund will be provided.

I ordered my passes to be shipped to me. When will I receive them?

If you purchased a VIP pass, you can expect your passes to ship within 2-6 weeks of the event. If you have not received your passes within one week of the event, please contact Front Gate Tickets. â€‹â€‹If you purchased a GA pass, you can expect to receive your passes digitally, via email, 24-48 hours prior to the event.

I live outside of the US. Will you ship my passes, or will I pick them up at Will Call?

We will ship VIP wristbands to all 50 US states. All others will be held at Will Call.

I’m buying multiple passes. Can I transfer some of them to friends?

You may purchase passes on behalf of your friends, but once theirs is scanned, it is non-transferable. And for security purposes, they will not be able to discuss the specifics of your order with passing representatives.

Can I use my 2-day pass to get two people in on one day instead of just using it once per day?

No. A 2-day pass is good for only one scan per day.

​

​

I can’t make it one of the days. Can I let a friend use my pass after I have?

No, your pass is not transferable.

​

​

What time does the event start each day?

Doors will be at 11AM

Can I enter anytime?

As long as you are holding a valid pass that has not yet been scanned, you may enter until an hour before the end of the event. Ins & outs are not allowed.

​

Can I see a festival map ahead of time?

Yes. Maps showing stage locations, food, bathrooms, etc. will be available prior to the event on this site and the Vans Warped Tour app.

​

​

Is re-entry allowed?

No, ins-and-outs are not allowed.

​

​

What is the camera policy?

Professional photographers must obtain a photo pass using our press submission form. Do not email your request. Photo passes are not required for standard cameras that do not have detachable lenses or handheld video devices under 6″. Professional video cameras are not permitted.

Will there be a lost & found?

Yes! Lost & Found services will be available at the venue during and between show days. Please check Lost & Found for more information.

Can I hang posters or hand out flyers?

Do not hang posters or hand out flyers inside the festival or in the surrounding neighborhood. Anyone violating this policy will be banned from promoting at our events.

​

​

Does the venue have cash machines?

Vans Warped Tour is a cashless event. Credit, debit, Samsung Pay, Apple Pay, and Android Pay will be accepted.

Can I rent a locker?

Yes! Lockers feature a universal phone charger and enough space for backpacks or purses.

​

What kind of ID do I need?

You must present identification to enter the festival and/or buy alcohol. See the complete list of acceptable and unacceptable forms of ID below:

What if my ID is lost or expired?

Security will accept expired ID cards ONLY if accompanied by DMV renewal documentation. If your ID was lost or stolen, you must bring a government-issued interim license or passport.

​

Can I use a consular ID or foreign driver’s license?

Consular IDs are not considered acceptable identification. Foreign government-issued driver’s licenses are acceptable with a photocopy of a passport. A foreign government-issued passport will work on its own.

What is the canned food skip the line program?

Hate waiting? Bring canned food to doors to receive a skip-the-line wristband. All canned food will be donated to Feed Our Children.

Are the same bands playing both days?

No. Different bands play each day.

​

​

Are the same bands playing in all 3 cities?

Some bands are playing all 3 cities, some are playing 2 and some can only make 1. We put together the best possible lineups in each market to deliver a great experience!

Will there be skaters like back in the day?

Yes. We will have professional and amateur athletes on the Vans Vert Ramp.

​

​

Will there be a lot of charities on site like back in the day?

Yes. We will have a whole section of the festival dedicated to non-profit organizations and charities that give back and support your local communities.

​

​

Will bands sell their merch out of their own tents like they used to?

Yes. Artist Alley is where bands will set up their tents and sell their own merch. Some may do Meet & Greets at their tents too!

​

I am under 18. Can I attend with a legal guardian?

Yes. The event is an All Ages event However, we recommend all minors attend with an adult chaperone.

​

​

Do my kids need passes to attend?

Children under 7 are admitted free with a parent that has a pass.
