This handy guide will help you in your planning your day at Warped and answer questions you might have about some things that make our tour unique. Here's your guide to and how to get through Warped! Remember to have fun, be safe and rock out!

Tickets, Passes & More

Tickets are available through your local date page on the Warped site where you'll also info about the bands playing your stop, transportation info and more

If you did not pre-purchase your tickets ahead of time, they are generally available at the day of the show at the venue box office. Check the site and your date page to check on ticket availability and pricing

If you purchased tickets ahead of time be sure to bring your print-at-home printout or ticket to the show and whatever you do DON'T BUY TICKETS IN THE PARKING LOT! These are often counterfeit tickets and we are not responsible for fake tickets. You’ll lose your money and won’t be able to enter with those tickets. Why risk it?

DON'T BUY BACKSTAGE PASSES, VIP, WRISTBANDS, GUEST PASSES, or any OTHER PASS someone is tying to sell you. They are not real and will not give you access and will waste your money. The only sanctioned online backstage pass offer is through the Unite The United fundraiser for the TJ Martel Foundation

For select shows, tickets are available for purchase in person at ticket outlets in select malls, Walmarts, Kroger stores and more. Find locations near you with the Ticketmaster locator

For select shows, tickets can be purchased in person with cash, credit or debit cards at ticket outlets in malls, Walmarts and Kroger stores for the following stops: Denver, Phoenix, San Antonio, Houston, Dallas, Maryland Heights, Tinley Park, IL, Bonner Springs, KS, Noblesville, Holmdel, Darien Center, Mansfield, Uniondale, Hartford, Virginia Beach, Atlanta, Orlando, West Palm Beach, St. Petersburg and Charlotte. Find the nearest location

For Canadian shows, limited number of tickets are available at Amnesia D-Tox locations

For all other shows, tickets are available online and for alternate ticketing locations, including venue box offices, check the venue website for box office info and more

When Does the Show Start and End?

Doors for Warped generally open at 11:00am and the show closes down by 9pm. Check the Warped website for your show’s info

The schedule of the times band’s are playing is not set until the morning of the show so Remember to Get to the Show Early!

Want To Get In Early & Avoid A Long General Admission Line?

Just line up in front of the “Skip The Line” banner (pictured above) if you have one of the following:

  • Pre-Sale and Holiday Commemorative Ticket
    Ticket purchasers of the holiday and pre-sale commemorative tickets can use those passes for jump the line access.
  • Feed Our Children NOW! Food Drive
    Donate three canned food items or a $5.00 at the Feed Our Children NOW! tent located nea the venue entrance for a jump the line pass.
  • Cell Funds Recycling Program
    You can also drop off used cell phones for the same jump the line pass at the Feed Our Children NOW! tent

Presale And Holiday Ticket Info
If you purchased Holiday or presale commemorative tickets, your tickets will be mailed out no later than two weeks prior to your show. For customer service needs for presale tickets, contact Music Today
Take A Rock & Bus To Warped This Summer

For select Warped shows, Rock & Bus provides party bus travel from your town to the venue for the show

Make your individual or group reservation today and they will provide you with round trip service to your local show to watch Warped Tour. They will be offering multiple departure points to ensure we give every fan the opportunity to get on the bus. Greet new fans as they get on the shuttle and party with them all the way.

Their new social reservation model lets them send buses to wherever the fans are. Help them spread the word locally and let everyone know about this fun, safe, and green new way to get to the shows.

Yeah we know it gets hot on Warped, here are a few ways to stay cool:

Klean Kanteen Filtered-Water Refilling Stations
Klean Kanteen will be providing FREE filtered-water at their refilling stations on each Warped stop this summer. Fans can fill up empty water bottles, soda cups or purchase a Klean Kanteen reusable water bottle all of which can be filled up as much as need throughout the day. Note that fans are allowed to bring in one sealed water bottle when they enter the show and that can be continuously filled up at the station. Look for the Klean Kanteen tent under the Water banner (Pictured below) in the festival grounds allowed to bring a reusable water bottle to the venue.
Low Priced Water
The Warped Tour also noticed a need for lower-priced water at the shows and so we worked with venues and promoters to create a lower water price per bottle at all Warped shows this summer.
Shade Areas + Taking A Break

Look for these designated shade tents throughout the venue and for amphitheater shows, that roof makes a nice cover from the sun.

It's also a long day so be sure to pace yourself and take a break from time to time.

Misting Stations
Who can turn down some cool mist during a hit day! Look for misting stations throughout the festival grounds.
Slip and Slide
Even better than a misting station is the slip and slide!! Weather permitting look for the slip and slide on the festival grounds. Jump in, slide, get wet and have fun!
Food

We can't emphasize it enough. In addition to staying cool throughout the day, you also need to eat!

There are food vendors and concessions at every show and at select shows, you can pre-purchase a special low-priced Warped Food Deal for $8.50, good for a meal with a soda. Check your local date page to see if that show is a part of the promotion and if you do have a voucher, look for these signs at concession stands as a place to redeem them. Please check ticketing company when purchasing your ticket for food voucher option

Reverse Daycare
The ultimate perk for parents, the Reverse Daycare Tent is an air-conditioned chill zone for parents who escort their teens to the concert but crave a break from the heat and the music. Here parents can relax, enjoy a cool beverage and interact with some of the family-friendly products and services in the tent.
Drop Off Area
Most venues have a designated drop area in front of the venue for dropping off and pick-ups.

Anybody ever been to an event held at the "Rose Quarter Riverfront"? How many people can it hold? What are the amenities and accommodations like? Is a black asphalt parking lot really a good location for an all day concert in the hot August sun?

I am so excited that it's actually in Portland this year. Also the fact that warped has gotten a lot better for staying cool in the heat since I first started going in 2008.
