I love these guys. Sure, they're not the absolute greatest lyrically, but they're still pretty good, and in terms of musicality they're downright amazing. Amazing singing, songs like Disaster Hearts and My Way are both excellently written musically, and they've got some great instrumentals. And that's not even getting into the way they've perfectly integrated chiptunes into their sound, and have worked out a way to make chiptunes a live, on stage instrument.
They're pretty cute, probably will see them at Warped. Ugh, I hope I'll be able to see the stage, I'm petite and I'm probably going to get pushed around alot lol D:
Ok just heard their song "with you" now that is a good song used to their potential, it's soft, chill and cute.
Ok, I'm giving them another try, startingto warm up to them but still feel like a band lacking inspiration in they're lyrics, I just heard like 7 songs from them, and my reaction so far is "...it's ok..."
I usually try to listen to most of the bands in the lineups even if it's a genre I don't particularly listen to, and I absolutely love this band. Thank you, Vans, for showing me a new, good band to follow. (:
Love these guys, just started listening to them when they were announced on here. So far I'm really psyched in seeing them, Senses Fail, and possibly Vampires Everywhere!
@ iMattykinz - Freaking love Anamanaguchi. Found em' after the Scott Pilgrim vs. The World game came out and got their music. These guys will deffinately work for me.
Gotta love me some Chiptune, if you like this check out Anamanguchi and other Chiptune artists!
Can't wait to see them live this summer!:D

i don't hate this band, they seem pretty creative, they got all this creativity, but all their music sounds cheesy and lame, uninspired at most, like they make typical songs about girls and being "geeky", i'm sure they can make better music, plus this isn't the first "8-bit/chiptune" band with the "nerdcore" label, check out MC frontalot, horse the band, amy can flyy (even though they suck but know what their doing) and other bands in the nintencore/nerdcore/chiptune genre.
but i'm probably being too critical, i should try to give them another try live.

Saw these guys a few weeks ago, and they are AWESOME live. So glad to see them on the tour, they deserve the spot.
Pumped! :) A few of my friends are really into IFD and I gave them a listen tonight, I must say, I'm really impressed!
