I love dubstep, I've been to many dubstep shows, and am attending Starscape this year. My one problem with this is that it is it's own separate thing. I'm not hating but I'm nervous with how this could pan out. I also fear I am alone with this opinion :/
Electro, Dubstep
from Huntington Beach, CA
American multi-platform music producer and recording artist, Big Chocolate's style ranges from Drum and Bass, Electro, and Dubstep. He's self-released 3 EPs to date and is set to embark on a full US tour performing with Dance Gavin Dance and iwrestledabearonce. Seeing how he started working on electronic music only a little over a year ago, Big Chocolate has already achieved more than most artists have in their entire career. With the announcement of his inclusion on this year's Warped Tour, his past achievements, as big as they have been, seem dwarfed in comparison.Big Chocolate (aka, Cameron Argon) has been making music in one form or another since he could grab a spoon and bang it on a pot in his parent's kitchen. Discovering metal at an early age, he first started recording death metal tracks and vocals in a makeshift home studio and uploading them online. The videos spread across the globe and he soon found himself in various bands, one had him touring Russia as the frontman for a death metal band during the summer before his senior year in high school. He continued making music, catching the ears of the Suicide Silence camp who asked him to remix a song for them. The success of that lead to remixes for Asking Alexandria, As I Lay Dying and many more. It was here that he started focusing more and more on electronic dance music and going under the moniker of Big Chocolate full time. In addition to music, Cameron documents everything in his life through daily videos on his youtube Channel, CamEveryDay. With the Big Chocolate tours beginning, Cameron's goal is to bring the touring experience, performing, traveling and especially interacting with his fans, to CamEveryDay to share his unique experiences and music to as broad of an audience as possible. Be sure to tune in.
